Introduction & Applicability

Welcome to the basa7 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between basa7 ("we", "the Platform") and you ("User", "Member"). By accessing or using the basa7 website, mobile app, or any related services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using basa7. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines apply alongside these Terms.

Account Register

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on basa7. Opening an account with false or incorrect information is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Account Rules

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact basa7 support immediately.
• Submitting the required documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The minimum age to use basa7 is 18. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. You will be required to confirm your age at the time of registration.

Basa7 may request age verification documents at any time. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Deposits & Payments

You can deposit on basa7 using Mobile Banking, Nagad, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact support.
• Basa7 reserves the right to verify or reject any deposit.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on basa7 are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Your KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Basa7 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold and conduct verification in cases of suspicious activity.
• Every withdrawal request is processed in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

Bonuses & Promotions

Basa7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. No individual may claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, basa7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• All promotions have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited once the promotion period ends.

Gaming Rules

All games on basa7 are operated by internationally recognized providers and use independently audited RNG systems. The rules for each game are available within the game interface.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predetermined by anyone.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with support within 72 hours.
• Basa7 is not liable for any game loss resulting from an internet disconnection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on basa7. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of other members' accounts.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed in response to valid requests from legal authorities.

Responsible Gaming

• You can set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• You may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact support and your account will be closed within 48 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Basa7 may also suspend or terminate accounts for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or failing KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• Court orders or requests from regulatory authorities.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all issues within 7 business days.

• Once a complaint is submitted to support, you will be issued a ticket number.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
• Basa7's decisions are final and binding.

Changes to Terms

Basa7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and communicated to your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
